本人本学期有一门管理类课程：Managing communication in Organization

作业要求，上课形式都无比创意！！

可惜，经验太少，能力有限，创意变压力，无助中

希望走过路过，特别是从事HR Management或者学过Organizational Management的兄弟姐妹，能给我点小建议：

what's your opinions on some Organizational communication tools such as Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts etc.

Do you think they are useful for staff communication in today's organizations?

Why they are useful and why not?

Do you have some strategy for the use of social media or communication tools?
